Hey Econo... was just looking at that yote pic again and happened to notice that background looks awfully familiar. Me, my brother, and a bunch of other guys from down my way used to camp/hunt near the Rockbridge/Botetourt County line... in fact we almost camped right on the county line. We did most of our hunting in what is called "Smith Flats"... there's a trail there that goes all the way into Lexington watershed... just curious if that may be the same place? I miss going up there with the guys, I killed my first deer there around 12 years ago.

The land is in the Kerrs Creek area. Closer to Bath county I guess, But still aways from any county line. It is on House Mnt. If you know where that is.

Nope I'm not aware of it... just wondered cause it does look alot like the old place we used to hunt. I guess the land in that region resembles itself in a way.
