Max,
They're taking some decent ones, but things will pick up considerably when the rut gets into full swing.
If I can remember how to post a photo, I'll get the one from opening day up.

Max, Ryan and Joe (Max's Daddy) are here!
The flight was even on time (inside joke for Freddy and Tim).
We took a little drive just before dark and saw a few Mulies, one was fairly nice. We'll make the big circle in the morning.
Tim,
I'll send you a couple of photos right now.
Thanks!

If I could find your e-mail address, that is.
Shoot me a blank email, and I'll return it. That way it'll be in me address book.
Thanks,
Tom

Sent, cant wait to hear the story from day 1.
Glad the flight was on time, 1 reason is that it DID NOT go through Detroit.

Hey guys and gals.
It's getting late here in Montana, but what a day it was.
I don't want to steal your home boys' thunder, but we do have a Mule Deer harvest for one Ryan Hewitt. We didn't see as many deer today as yesterday, (temp 65 deg) but the one we were looking for cooperated. Ryan spotted him at about 400 yards this afternoon, got within about 125 yards and it was all over with. A very nice symetrical 4x4 with one brow tine broken off, 25 inches wide with very nice mass and good deep forks.
I'll let them give you more details later, but Hody has a photo in his email (I forgot how to post them).
One down and two to go, with four days left. It has been a great start.

Howdy,
Day 2 update:
We got close to a few good ones today. Joe and I saw over 70 deer this afternoon, one of which would have worked, but got by us. At about the same time a very nice buck gave Max and Ryan the slip as well.
We watched some great footage this evening, and we'll hit it hard again in the morning before a Thanksgiving Dinner.

Well, it's a done deal.
I sent Tim more photos, but I'll let Max and the boys tell the story when they get a chance.
Thanks for the help, Tim.
And everyone else for your interest.
