Opening day bird..
Well i put this gobbler to bed yesterday evening and was in his bedroom this morning. I got in the blind about 5. He gobbled his head off on the roost and a little after 6 pitched down in the field i was set up in. He strutted around for a few minutes before he noticed the decoys. He didn't like some jake messing with his hens and came running in where he was greeted with an arrow from the ole mathews. Shot was at 5 steps. 10" beard 1" spurs
