Post The "bug"
Okay...it's official! I have the "bug" after seeing a group of 15 with 1 strutter this morning on the way home from work. To make it worse, coming back from Charlottesville this evening I saw a group of about 10 with 1 strutter. Can't wait for opening week!

Post Re: The "bug"
I seen a tom with a few hens in lexington last week and have gotten the fever bad. I was curious any idea on how this early spring is going to affect the birds? if it will have any affect at all. I've only been turkey hunting for a few years and have never experience a early spring such as this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry no bug spray for that itch. Only cure is to hunt them.

Morrels already. Yikes I need to play closer attention next time out in the woods.

I've got the bug bad up here, I've been contemplating on coming down and hunting with you guys in VA again I have to wait another month to hunt up here but I did make sure I got opening day off. Good luck to ya'll and maybe your pics will help suppress the bug for me for a little while.
