Post my season in review
And what a season it was, one of my BEST EVER!
Here's a quick summary.

I went on 12 hunts on 8 different farms.
I hunted for a total of 49 1/2 hours.
I heard 41 gobblers, 32 of which were different birds.
I saw 14 Longbeards...16 Jakes...20 Hens.
I called in 10 Longbeards and 10 Jakes.
I got to see the "Pretty Boy" deke do his thing on 2 occasions.
2 of the hunts were mid morning, 9:00-11:30 and 8:30-1:00.
On only one hunt did I not hear a bird gobble - one of the mid morning hunts.
I also hunted in the worst weather that I ever have on our Wheelin' Sportsmen hunt
I took my crossbow twice and passed on a Jake.
There were 5 shots taken...4 kills - all Longbeards... 1 MISS.
The BEST HUNT was the last. I sat with my friend Tommy and called in 5 Longbeards and 4 Jakes. He missed one Longbeard at 9:45, then he took his only bird of the season at 12:52

I want to thank Freddy and the rest of you for letting me be a part of your season, as you were a big part of mine as well.

I look forward to next year so we can do it all again!!!
