In my experience the birds come off the roost, they just stay on the limb a whole lot longer. I've had gobblers that I knew were roosted in a certain tree stay there until 10:00 or so on real bad days.

Do they gobble less or not at all on rainy or windy days? Also, if birds act different on foul weather days, does anyone have any suggestions on modified tactics which could increase the success on a day like tomorrow? Any help will help. I plan on going regardless of what I see out my window, just hoping to arm myself witha little extra knowledge-still a beginner here,it was sunny, warm, and before 7:15 am when I shot my only gobbler.
Thanks and good luck,
Robert
