Anyone ever done it and what are the results??

Not I. I shot 00 out of a full and modified but nothing tighter. If you want a tight choke for buckshot check with Kick's Chokes. They make an extended choke just for buckshot, not sure of the constriction.

Wad Wizard makes a choke for buckshot also. Have heard good reports about the Kicks and Wad Wizard but have never used either.

P.S. Putting buckshot through too tight of a choke could possibly damage your choke or your gun or you. At least it would proably blow the pattern to pieces.
