when my dad and I hunt together, we don't sit in front or behind each other.....we like to sit about 20 yards apart laterally, one facing 10 and the 2 oclock.....we know who's "turn" it is to shoot without even talking about it.....but the one on the right, shoots the one on the right.......and vise versa.
