District one will be hosting a trapper training course on September 22 at Rural Retreat Lake 250 Lake Road, Rural Retreat, Va. 24368. All who wish to take the class must Preregister and can do so by calling me at (276)-210-7105 no calls after 8Pm. The class will last from 8:00Am till 5:00Pm and will cover water and land trapping and will also go over fur handling,diseases, trapping regulations,ethics,and will have demos by some very skilled trappers. Ther will be a lunch provied at no charge the course will be held rain or shine so bring rain gear and also hip waders if desired for water demo's Remember everone must be PREREGISTED by September 10.

hello all, the trapping training is going to be September the 22nd. we are going to have everything from muskrat,mink, otter, beaver,coon coyotes and bobcats training and some of the best trappers to instructor them. district one is almost the hole west end of virginia. we welcome everyone to come and learn and maybe someone can show all of us a thing or 2 that they may know. the class is free and there will be a dinner for all that comes out at no charger. so give these guys a call and get register or tell anyone and if you know a kid who wants to learn then tell them to come on out. thanks all.
