I bought mine about 5 years ago, and they're still going strong. But they are effectively obsolete. Too many dog proofs out there for under $15. The dukes are a knock off of the grizz, never tried them, very cheap. If I were buying today I'd look at coon cuffs, hear lots of good about them. They have a 2 way trigger which would make it a lot easier to catch house cats, but also much easier to catch coons as well. You can catch cats in the griz but not as easy....which is a good thing for trapping around houses.

$30 would be about 3x too much for a used griz trap.

We bought a dozen of the dukes to use this past season and were very pleased with them. The trigger is a pull only style but they can be converted to work push/pull. We painted them white and welded on a bit more rebar to the staking system to make them a little more solid when pushed into the ground. baited with some homemade ground up fish and anise bait and impaled a marshmallow on the trigger and they caught coon all year long. No complaints here for 12 bucks each

Coon daggers are the dps that seem to be all the rage these days, not the cuffs like I said ealier. I've got plenty of dps with the griz so I'm not buying any more.
