which one
i trap all predators during trapping season, but was curious which predator do you think has the most impact on turkeys? my opinion would probally have to be coons for the impacts they have on eggs on nests. any one else have a opinion on this...

Re: which one
I think coons, opossums, and skunks are about the same. They are all egg suckers. As to impact on living turkeys and poults I think fox/coyotes nail a lot of turkeys and birds of prey are tough on young poults. Everything touches on everything else. Most who have thined out all of the above, except birds of prey, say they have seen an increase in bird populations.

Re: which one
reason why i ask i was thinking about being species specific on predators this year. i run about 20 traps a year, and was looking to figure out which sets i should concentrate on more. ill still run a few fox, and yote sets, but i think i will spend a lot of time this year on the coons.
