"Predator Hunting Contest"



HUNTING SCHEDULE **all dates subject to change**

December 11-12, 2009 2 day hunt
December 19, 2009

February 19-20, 2010 2 day hunt
Hunting times: 1 day hunts: 1PM Saturday until 1AM Sunday 2 day hunts: 1PM Friday until 1AM Sunday
**On 2 day hunts there will be a check-in at 1PM on Saturday for animals to be marked.**
REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 11 AM FOR HUNT AND DOOR PRIZES.
PREDATOR HUNTING COMPETITION RULES
1. You must call in animal with mouth call or electronic call. NO ROAD KILLS.
2. No more than 4 people per team.
3. Teams may split up on same land but must hunt together out of the same vehicle.
4. Participants may hunt anywhere in Virginia and bordering states (TN, WV, KY, NC).
5. All animals must be harvested between 1 PM Saturday and 1 AM Sunday. (All animals will be checked for freshness).
6. No trapped or snared animals will be accepted or counted. Anyone bringing in such animals will be disqualified. ALL ANIMALS WILL BE CHECKED BY HUNT ADMINISTRATORS!
7. Ties will be broken with total weight of all animals.
8. Each team is responsible for the proper disposal of animals. If you do not want animal, see CHAD WALK.
9. Any game violations will result in immediate disqualifications.
10. EVERYONE MUST BE AT WEIGH IN WITH ANIMALS BY 1 AM, IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
11. ALL WINNERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A POLYGRAPH TEST. HUNT ADMINISTRATORS DECISIONS ARE FINAL!
ENTRY FEES: 1 DAY HUNT $ 25 PER PERSON 2 DAY HUNT $40 PER PERSON

PAYOUT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
1ST PLACE 50%
2ND PLACE 20%
3RD PLACE 10%
4TH PLACE 5%
5TH PLACE 5%

POINTS FOR ANIMALS:
COYOTE 5 PTS.
BOBCAT 4 PTS.
FOX (RED/GREY) 3 PTS.
***REMAINING 10% WILL BE PLACED IN A POT FOR THE END OF THE YEAR CHAMPIONSHIP .***
