I'm not a trapper by no means but for the past couple weeks two racoons have been tearing our trash up and eating all the cat food we put out for the outside cats. I set a trap out last week and we finally caught him last night. I've seen alot of 'coons before in my trail cam pictures but this guy may have took the prize. I seen him earlier in the week on the porch and I wasn't sure if he was gonna be able to fit in the trap. Thankfully, our landlord knew what we were doing so he came by this morning and picked the trap up. I guess he is going to take him and drop him off somewhere. I've seen a total of 2 out there so hopefully we'll get the other one so the outside cats can eat again.

Hey TFridley! - glad you got the garbage raider. Sounds like you caught a hoss! They can make an awful mess for sure. I bet the landlord was happy too.

If you have not already done so, you might want to famliarize yourself with the do's and dont's (regs)of nuissance trapping/trapping in general. Just like anything else, the burden of knowing is on our shoulders. If you have any questions, I'd be glad to offer any help I can. Keep up the good work. You might have another budding hobby on your hands that could actually pay you back!
