I killed my first banded goose and hnt h20 he got his second. We killed a pair and they both were banded. They were banded in amherst county in 2009 and were born before 2008. Hnt h20 killed one last year also and when we looked at my band we realized that my band number was the next consecutive number from the banded goose he killed last year. What are the odds of that? The banded bird he killed that was with mine was 8 numbers off. These were federal bands but banded local.
