Put this video together after a goose hunt with Nolan and Wyatt. They did most of the shooting while I threw the cam down for a few passing shots myself. Wyatt showed that 7/8 oz high speed steel can bring them down taking a triple at the end using his twenty! Crank it up to MAX or better yet try ear buds. Very nice! I think in a year like this with very little cold guys with ponds like that are having banner years and guys with fields are struggling because the geese just don't need to feed on the corn like most years. |

These birds are feeding hard in nearby cornfields coming here to rest on blue bird days. They just pile in with a clear blue sky. The week before we had snow/ice/rain same spot, same time, no birds. Going again in the morning with clouds in the forecast. |
