Been so quiet on here..... was wondering if anyone has been cuttin any ducks. We've been finding a few and having some good hunts. Just got to do a bit of scouting to find em.

Been killing a bunch of gadwalls...more gaddys than green heads........way more than usual. Limited on ring necks a couple mornings. Blue bills too. Cans, gads and blu bills, and widgeon on the potomac. Some of my farm ponds and wetland leases have been producing good numbers of mallards and blacks. Woodies to the east of Fredericksburg in good numbers. Gonna go hit a wood duck hole in the morning. 4 man limit of woodies 2 weeks ago with greenheads and widgeon mixed in. Here's a few pics will post more after the season...........

Been going...just not seeing any ducks. Been the slowest season I can remember.

Gobblevt, I'm oozing with jealously over your great hunts and a fine looking dog. Hearing of some new birds being in the area so I'm gonna give it a shot the last two days of the season. Have had to decent days of 7 and 8 ducks with three guns total, but got spoiled a bit last year. Good luck finishing out an already awesome season.
