Post Steel shot
Got to hunt the last couple days of goose season. Got my limit on Saturday and got one Friday. I cooked up the one from Friday and it tasted great. The one thing was I didn't manage to bite on a piece of shot. Didn't do any damage, but scared me. I chipped a tooth a couple years back on a piece of heavy shot in a duck.

Any suggestions on how to keep from biting steel shot? I bought a small metal detector to help, but shot is small and it almost has to touch the head of the detector to alarm.

Just wondering what you all do to keep your teeth in your head.

Best regards,
