Had a great hunt this morning. Saw tons of birds and managed to scratch out a limit of 2 widgeon and 3 ringnecks (lost one ringneck in the marsh but I count them towards my limit if I lose one).

Only cans I've seen all year have been on the Piankatank. Been kinda slow for divers this year for some reason. |

Good limit Steve! I've got a buddy that lives on the Piankatank. He's been seeing a few as well. All the redheads and blackheads are in NC. Drove past Pea Island Monday must have been 10,000 redheads on one of the 5 acre impoundments. |
