Post Canada goose cross with tame goose???
Will a Tame Goose mate with a wild goose? I took this pic this morning of a Tame goose that has what looks like a half wild offspring. This white goose has been hanging out for a couple of years now in the same general area on the Maury. There is allways wild geese around as well. The offspring has a lot of coloration of the wild goose, but yet has the head and body shape of the Tame goose. Look at the pic. The goose in question is the closest to the white one. What do yall think? Possible half wild maybe??

absolutley a mix....We have a pond I hunt and there is probally 20 or so tame geese and they have crossed multiple times over the years with some of the resident canadas. Some look like that some are more mottled...etc. My buddy killed a banded one that looked like a cross a couple of years ago.....go figure?
