Anyone seeing as many wood ducks as I am ...Just curious.....I plugged two of my ponds before the big flood and flooded grain sorgrham and wheat....saw about 75 there yesterday......a couple of teal and a couple local greenheads........Curious if the local hatch is up???

The ducks that were there a week ago are gone????????????????? At least in numbers......Pleanty of food.......etc.........Who knows????? I saw about 5 there in the past 3 days...mallards and a couple of wood ducks.....Hope they're just roamin around..

If your acorn crop is dropping that is where you'll find the woodies. Woodies are second to mallards in numbers of ducks in my neck of the woods.

He was shot in October 2006. The band info said he was tagged at Edisto Island, SC in 2003 as an adult.
1069 one way miles. We figure he was born right in the pond in NH.
