Yesterday me and my fly fishing partner hit the trout streams with camper in tow. We were in the mountain steams yesterday on the Shenandoah hitting the native bookies. What great weather and stream temps. The natives were tearing up the ants. We then moved to the stocked streams last night. This morning the left over rainbows were hitting the caddis and especially the hoppers. Right now we are frying up the six we caught with some peanut oil, with our Cajun seasoning and batter. At least we did not have to break out our back-up bacon and eggs.

Funny we almost went that way but stayed with the batter, seasoning and a side of home fries. Next time I will try the bacon wrap.

Sounds great as is, but can't go wrong with bacon either. Need to get back into fly fishing. Was fun. Congrats on the great catches.
