I went out this past Thursday to fish the shad run right here in Richmond. The fish were thick and I caught over a 100 in a few hours. That is pretty normal for this time of year. All were in the 1-4lbs. range!!! Great action on a flyrod! I had no idea that would fight like that!! It was awesome!
