Another Striper
Hit the lake Monday night with Freddy and Dale. Thanks to the two coaches with me I was able to catch my first striper on topwater. Very exciting and something I hope to do again soon
However I have decided that I will need something other then my medium weight rod and six pound test line

Another Striper
With all these fish being caught, can't help but think of a deep fryer, hush puppies and cole slaw.

You guys are killing me! I sure would like to go with you sometime. Scott, I take it you did not go below the dam where you were planning to go?

Nope Actually after what you and the other guy said, I figured I would go to Havens and fish from the bank one night. Was supposed to go last night but a thunder storm rolled in as I was preparing to leave. Really didn't want to play lightning rod so I stayed in.

Congrats on a job well done! Nothing better than spending time in the outdoors with friends and family. Glad I was part of the first topwater striper taken by you. Maybe we'll get you hooked on ol' linesiders afterall.
