Hit the Blackwater arm last Friday before work. We caught a few on artificials. Nothing huge, but it was fun. Here's a pic of my buddy with his first fish of '06.

I sure would like to hookup on a good one. Would anybody be interested in taking a poor boy fishing? I don't have a boat, but would be willing to spring for the gas and food!

criggster - I would if I could. I was the "guest" on this trip. Sort of by choice, I have gotten rid of most of my striper paraphenalia, like boats. I have found that such things tend to distract me from the important stuff like turkey hunting. PM me if you want some info on how, where, etc.... One word of caution, the info is free but you get what you pay for.

P.S. I think there may be a couple of guys on here that just got sold a used motor boat. I suspect they will likely need someone to paddle them around, so don't give up hope!
