Pretty quiet in Shenandoah Co today
Heard very little shooting. Surmise many folks hunted the early muzzleloader season and weren't out today. FWIW, I hunt mostly does and saw none today. Did see a spike, 3 point, 4 point, 5 point, 6 point and a 7 point. None of them were over 1.5 years old. Later in the season one of them might end up in the freezer, but for today I was holding out for a mature buck or a nice doe. PS. Did see a pile of turkey's. Afternoon flock was hen/jakes/jennys and have 16 birds in it.

Pretty quiet on my farm in Fauquier. Did hear about 75+ shots in a 5 mile radius. Plenty of turkeys! I think they ate all my deer! Prolly saw 40 + Saturday am. Good problem to have
