destroyed food plot
2 months ago I cleared several trees to plant me a plot close to a bedding area. I planted clover and checked it 2 weeks ago and it was lush green and about 4 inches high. Really thick too. So I put out a salt block and some corn to get the deer interested. Well I went down today and I was getting close and seen it had been destroyed. First thought was somebody's cows go in it so I started looking for tracks. All I found was bear tracks. It scratched up the whole plot and just destroyed the area. Anyone else have this happen? How can I prevent this from happening again as I plan on planting again.

Re: destroyed food plot
Any hog tracks?
I would say keep the salt and bait away, and you are much less likely to have problems.

Re: destroyed food plot
There was a few deer tracks. You can see claw marks everywhere kinda like he just ripped everything up. Never seen anything like it. Looks like I have a new number 1 on my hit list for personal reason. Cost me a couple hundred bucks.
