Post Food plot pics
This is my neighbors food plot planted in Evolved Harvest Rape & Brassica.
It is a great late season plot that gets better as it gets colder plus a great spot to find sheds this time of year. Gonna plant us some next year!
Also this is an EXTREMELY rocky spot as you will see, but he still had a beautiful plot.
Here's some pics from last week.

Barry,

I planted a small plot this year but it never grew that well. Is that stuff perennial or do you have to plant it every year? I am lazy and don't want to do annuals.

Barry, that'll be a great place to find some sheds.

Barry,

I hunt a farm down on the eastern shore of Maryland. During deer season the farmer has usually harvested most of the corn and beans and plants winter wheat and such. There is a power line that cuts through the woods we hunt and the state just brush hogged it. It is probably about a total of 5 acres but I was thinking about planting 1 to 2 acres away from the main fields. I might hunt the edges of it or may just use it to hold deer on the property. Do you have any suggestions on what to plant there that would improve the hold of deer beyond that of the winter wheat/oats? I think a clover blend might be good with something like beets and brasicas for late season.

Just wondering what you all would do.

Vince
