Brian,
This is a board of hunters and I would not think they be squimish about such things. Many show turkeys being shot, what's the difference. What camera is that, a go pro?

Vince I BEST NOT PUT THE KILL SHOT UP...... i got this pm after i put up the coyote kill video. sorry guys!!! Kevin, I have had some people bothered by the video you posted of the coyote lying there suffering. If you would like to edit the video to leave that part out that would be fine to re post. However I have removed the link to the video at this time. It does not reflect well on Va Turkey or it's board members. If you have any questions please feel free to send them my way. Scott

Re: Va. BUCK KILL CROSS BOW
Kevin,
I think there is likely a big difference between video of a animal laying in suffering and not being put out of its misery versus the impact shot of a bow kill. I understand your resistance and when in doubt, always go with the side of caution (which you did in this instance). Sometimes a PM is better left as, well, private. I don't think the moderator called you out publicly in his removal of the prior post, but you didn't offer him the same respect in return. Posting a well meaning PM from a moderator in reference to this issue was, well, out of line in my humble opinion. Regardless of that fact, a bow kill shot won't offend anyone here. Video of a deer dying a slow death, while sometimes part of our sport, is a horse of a different color. Not a personal attak here, just an expression of opinion.

Re: Va. BUCK KILL CROSS BOW
Kevin,
There is a big difference between a kill shot and you walking up to an animal that has been shot and is lying there still breathing. You videoing the animal then walking off to get your things while the animal continues to lie there suffering.
