Photobucket is apparently taking away the ability to host/home pics unless one upgrades their packages. Test below of old pictures I've had on photobucket for some time and new picture I uploaded yesterday.

Photobucket is apparently taking away the ability to host/home pics unless one upgrades their packages. Test below of old pictures I've had on photobucket for some time and new picture I uploaded yesterday.

Oh great. It took me 4 months to compile my pictures after a computer crash in March.  Then had a hard time getting photo bucket to work in conjunction with my computer.  Thats why I loaded some of my hunts this past spring late. Now they want one to upgrade on photo bucket.  TUT, let me know how you did it. Thanks. Earl |

They have lost me. Apparently its $400 per year if you want to be able to post 3rd party pics. Guess I'll be downloading all my photos off of Photo Bucket and going somewhere else. Big big stink about this. People have been using Photo Bucket for Amazon and Ebay sells. Suddenly with zero warning you loose your ability to post. The Plus 50 Plan does not allow any image linking or 3rd party image hosting. o Plus 100 Plan: 102 GB of Storage for $99.99 / Year. The Plus 100 Plan allows for unlimited image linking but does not allow 3rd party image hosting. o Plus 500 Plan: 500 GB of Storage and unlimited bandwidth for $399.99 / Year. The Plus 500 Plan allows for unlimited image linking and unlimited 3rd party image hosting. |

Sounds like that smug kid that took the AIDS drug from $50 to $800, but now he is under federal indictment. Thanks Tut, let me know if you find someone else. I will ask the grandaughter, she is so much into media socializing and all. Oh well, I would just like as much maybe more so reading turkey stories then seeing dead pics of turkeys anyway. Although pics say a thousand words without pics another can not see the bride of the hunter's and sharing that moment in time. Earl |

 Just went into Photobucket and it allowed me to do this. Then I read the below agreement in photobucket. Lawyers please translate. Thanks. That's strange.. your free account should not allow you to image link .. surprised that you were able to.. I know all my old post have stopped working.. Anyway.. I tried Flickr, too complicated for this simpleton. I also tried Imgur, much easier to use....think I will stick with that. |

Had some time today so I went to IMGUR and loaded some pics. Seems to work fine, but my avatar looks a bit misshapen or maybe that's how it has always looked
