Do ya think this may have attributed to the lack of gobbling the last couple of weeks!! I'm no bear hunter, but even I know, this is a big big bear!!!

Man he sure has not missed many meals. According to Gary Norman and a couple other biologists that due to the explosion in bear population's that they are having some impact on turkeys, especially raiding nests. I am convinced that for what ever the reason even in the fall season turkeys are not getting back together at the break sites and with a lot less and lower volume of talking. Are they evolving into a more cauchest game animal since about everything is trying to kill and eat them. Time will tell. Earl |
