Has anyone else noticed birds not responding to there calls? I've been out 3 times this year and have get to get a bird to respond. Got one to come in the field with me but never gobbled. I've switched out calls, tried to do different call sequences and still get nothing. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

I think its safe to say that you are dealing with the classic extremely henned up gobbler or gobblers!! Opening weekend, was awesome for me. I notched one tag and was close to notching a second. This weekend, all i got were, distant, "screw you, im busy gobbles!" Fron half a county away!! I know theyre there especially 2 gobblers that are showing up after shooting hours, nearly every day! Keep after them man!! It'll break loose, soon for ya!!
