This looks pretty sweet. I just signed up for a small donation and some shells. Says it should ship around mid April. Perfect timing for trying it out after going after some birds. And yes I am one of those suckers that buys just about anything to give it a shot.

Cleaning a shotgun barrel is not that hard, just do it. And if you are really concerned about a clean barrel (think deep clean) this will not do it.

I'm fond of a bore snake for a quick clean.

I typically use a bore snake when I get home as well. But if this will get out most of the powder residue while the barrell is still warm I think it will make it easier to clean if you can't get to it right away when you get home. I don't know if the product will get it clean enough were you can just leave it like that. I typically like to get a little bore solvent in the barrel to make sure there is no rust. Once I get it I will give you guys an update.

bore snakes are cheaper, neat product though
