out of state DIY
Looking to do a out of state hunt for 2 or 3 days on public land. Thinking WV, TN, NC,or SC. Can anybody help point me in a direction since I've never hunted out of state. How's the turkey hunting in any of those places and is there much public land to hunt? Doubt I'd be able to scout much but wouldn't mind goin in blind especially if it was a season that came in before va does. Thanks for any advice or help, and I understand there are 1000 different variables to the questions I've asked. Most likely it will be next spring but I want to start doing my homework now.
