The bird in hawglips first photo.....what is it? The wing feathers say adult...it appears to have just the start of a beard....and the dewlap says gobbler.....so is it an adult gobbler with a tiny beard?

It's an adult hen.

You can always tell sex by the breast feather tip color. Males have black tipped breast feathers, females have buff tipped feathers.
