Jeremy, may see you down there. I got my scouter out now on Ft. Stewart. So far turkey pop looks good. The fact that all our military are out of Iraq and only about 35,000 left in Afgan. that will me more hunters for the spring turkey season on military bases, (which to me is a good thing too see after 11 years).

Will let you know the hot areas once I get a final report back. Just leave a couple for me till I get there.

After goose season ends on the 15th ,I'll go into turkey mode. I did see a flock feeding in a cut corn field while driving on Rt. 29 north in the Vint Hill area on Saturday afternoon. Had to be at least 20 birds. :D

I do believe we are inside a month now gents!!!

I am getting more pumped every day that goes by! Gonna try and get out to listen on Saturday am! I am really hoping to hear my first gobble of the year! I haven't seen any sign yet, but I know my place is usually a travel through property, as well as a later season nesting sight!
