Re: HUGE RATTLESNAKE "BEDFORD VA" That is a hog! We killed one at the cabin (amherst) last weekend. 11 rattles, not near that big though but was the sixth in the last 2 years seen around there. They seem to be on the upswing, mild winters maybe?

My buddy, who's a snake expert, said it was probably 15 years old or more.
He's been around snakes all his life, he's 60 years old, and he said he's only seen ONE that was bigger!
