This morning hunt was the most excitement hunt without carrying a bird out! I took my boss out this morning and got on a good gobbler. He was doubling and tripe gobbling on his way in. I sat back just waiting for willy to shoot but didnt happen.He was just over a knoll about 30 yds and willy said he saw his head pop oer one time looking for the hen. Just thought suree it was going to happen especially when we was in between the hens and him. Also 2 jakes came in gobblin and thought that would bring him. As we walked out the woods i said to willy at least we can come back next week to try him again!!
