A neat hunt in the flatlands!
Slipped out to my turkey woods this morning hoping to hear and see a bird.... instead had a 300 black bear standing in the decoys. maybe some of you guys have em on a regular bases but for this ol boy..... A day to remember! Did hear a couple different gobblers around 9 o'clock gobble a haft doz times, my thinking was ,they were following a hen or two around, they never came closer than 200 yards.Did get em to answer but that was about all.

What were you using, bear decoys? That would be an exciting morning for me, get the old ticker pumping. Earl
