Tru-Glo They make a few types. I like the metal ones and the screw in replacements. Nice and bright to line up on that red head.

I use the William's Fire Sights and love them.

Image

All metal construction, adjustable for windage and elevation, the rear fiber optic is embeded into the metal. The sights clamp to the rib very securley with a clamp on each side of the sight.

All that for $25.95 is hard to beat IMO

I shoot the Tru-Glo as well. If I needed an adjustable sight I would probably shoot the Williams like Scott mentioned.

My Browning came with the Williams sights and they work fine. I had Tru-Glo sights on my Remington and liked them as well. However, I put a scope on my gun a couple of weeks ago, so we'll see how things turn out with the scope.
