Post subject:  2006 Cookout Signup Sheet

I know turkey season is in full swing for almost all of us here but it is about time to get the 2006 VATurkey.com cookout rolling!! Below is a list of things that are needed for this year's cookout. Please signup for what you will be bringing to this year's shindig.

Also, we started a raffle last year for the ladies that were present at the cookout. We ask that if you would like to be included in the ladies raffle, please bring an item that you can donate (items under $10). All of the guys items are usually taken care of through donations to the board but I've never seen any candles or potpourri come from those donations.

Please let us know how many adults and children from your family will be able to make it to this year's cookout. THANK YOU!!!

Amy,

I will be in Washington D.C. on the 1 June for a meeting. My wife, Kelly, and 2 children will be with me, Dale 2.5 and Lilly 1. We are planning to leave D.C. Thursday night, June 1st, and travel your direction rather then drive back north of Baltimore. We will bring what ever is in need but it must be something we can pick up at a local grocer, i.e. chips and such. Kelly plans to bring something for the raffle. Is there anything else required?
Look forward to meeting you all. Is there any family oriented thing to do there on Friday? Talk to you soon.

I am bringing lettuce and sliced tomatoes! I mean it! I'll even be there on time and not have to eat all my sliced tomatoes all by myself this time!

I will be traveling light, as I have to leave around 3ish for a bachelor party in Roanoke. I look forward to seeing everyone-Freddy, I might show up a tiny bit early if that is okay.

Hi Amy,

I've just been waiting to see what was left.
I'll bring a veggie tray, ranch dressing plus some relish for the dogs.

I might have a prize you want use in the womens drawing, I'll let you decide.

Look forward to meeting you.

I'll have a friend of mine with me and possibly his 14 year old son.

Alright folks...

Looks like another fun time shaping up! Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting the new ones!!!

For those that asked you should probably plan on about 50 people... that's usually a safe bet. We may have more, but we've yet to run out of food!

The only things left are:

Fruit Tray, Onions (sliced & chopped), and a few more drinks and water. If someone can signup for those items that would be great!!!!

Thanks and see everyone there!!!
