 Easter Morning blessingWell I was blessed with a nice turkey right off the limb on Easter Sunday. He gobbled early .. snuck within 150 .. he then proceeded to shut up.. I thought maybe I got too close.. I sat for 10 minutes and nothing.. then two way to my left started to gobble. still nothing from the bird I setup on.. I eventually called back to the two to the left and they hammered away.. then finally after about 10 minutes I heard a ground gobble from him one time.. the two to the left were sill on the roost and fired up.. so I decided to answer them every time they gobbled in hopes to make the closer bird jealous.. it must have worked.. about 10 minutes later I hear drumming and look down the ridge I'm on to see him in full strut at around 50 .. I was caught off guard.. gun in my lap.. had to be careful to get the camera back on and he skirted to my right but still coming and then he started gobbling right in my face 3 or 4 times.. when he got behind some stuff I finally got the gun up and pointed his way.. still skirting to my right and through some brush, but I eventually found an opening at around 45 yds and let the 20 Ga Charles Daly eat with TSS and it did the job.. not the best Video.. I was afraid to move the big camera much and when I did I ended up zooming in too much.. got some of him on the barrel cam and the audio is pretty good. Good bird.. 10 inch beard.. 22.7 lbs .. 1.25 spurs ..

Re: Easter Morning blessing Congrats on a nice bird. I have a friend using TSS with his .410. Works well. Guess I'm cheap and sticking with lead.
